Reservations & Refund
Policy
- A deposit equal to one nights stay is required within 7 days of
making reservation.
- 3 night minimum stay required for holiday weekends.
- Reservations for holiday and special event weekends must be paid
in full within 7 days of making reservation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your first
nights scheduled stay. Cancellations made after this time will
forfeit deposit and/or you will be charged for one night's stay.
- Cancellations made prior to the two week reservation date will
be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
- NO cancellations for holiday and special event weekends.
You will be charged for the entire length of your stay if you cancel
at any time after making reservation for holidays and special
events.
- No refunds for early departure or for inclimate weather.
